All our veil prices include all applicable taxes and postage/shipping and handling. No hidden surprises.

Should the product appear to be inferior at the time of receipt please send back to Dianas Veils within 5 working days for a replacement. Please choose carefully as refunds will not be offered if you just simply change your mind. We will however, happily exchange for new, a damaged product should it have been damaged during delivery.

If the veil you have ordered is not in stock then the 3 week delivery time applies as mentioned in “sizes available” (please be patient as these veils are made by hand and not in a factory somewhere in China). If it is in our stock then the delivery time is considerably less.
